摘要
本文研究了以粉末Raney镍作催化剂,在常压下进行L-谷氨酸r-酰肼的催化还原,试验了谷氨酰胺的合成.该催化剂在反应液当碱性条件下显示出高活性,在pH=11,50℃下反应8h谷氨酰胺的收率为81%,副产物焦谷氨酸收率为17%.在使用氢化硼钠还原时,生成物为脯氨酸,作为谷氨酰胺的合成法是不适宜的.
The study of catalytic reduction of 1-glutamic acid r-hydrazide using Ramey-Ni powder catalyst at normal Pressure and the test on synthesis of glutamine are carried out. the catalyst shows high activity in basic solution The yield of glutamine and of side product pyroglutrmic acid is 81% and 17% at the comelitions pH=11, 50℃ 8h when NaBH4 is reductor, the product is Proline. it is unsuited to synthesis mcthod of glutamine.
