摘要
利用人工合成的寡核苷酸(CAC)5串连重复序列探针构建DNA指纹图。结果表明,每个个体平均显现出23.5条可分辨的杂交带,呈现高度多态性及个体特异性。文中对其优势与应用前景进行了讨论。

synthetic oligonucleotide(CAC)5 as a probe,the multi banded patternswere revealed when human
DNA was digested by Hinf I.The results showed that there were23.5 differentiatable fragments on
the average;these DNA fingerprints were highlypolymorphic,individual specific。The advantages
and the potential applications of this methodhave been discussed。
