摘要
对健康犬心室内膜下26个不同部位及心室外膜下相应部位起搏,测量起搏心律QRS环初始极向量角在额(F)面、横(H)面上的角度分布,结果不同部位起搏,QRS环初始极向量角空间方位不同,提示根据起搏或室性心律失常的QRS环初始极向量角空间分布,可进行室性异位激动点精确定位。
Pacing the 26 different sites on ventricular endocardium and the corresponding sites on the ventricular exocardium of the healthy dogs and the measurement of the angle distribution of initial-polar vector angle in QRS loop on the F and H planes of the paced heart rhythm showed that the different pacing sites made the space images of the initial-polar vector angle in QRS loop different. Thus, according to the distribution of the space images of initial-polar vector angles in QRS loop, it was possible to localize accurately the ventricular ectopic excitative points, which was of important clinical value.
