The Alloying of Gold with trace Elements

摘要 论述金的微量元素合金化特点。通常认为最有害的杂质元素在ppm级微量合金化时可能成为重要的合金元素。微量元素主要起固溶强化作用,其强化效果与该元素的原子量及原子半径与金的差别有关。微量元素的选择与富金端的相图特征联系密切。合金组元之间良好的协作作用十分重要。在此基础上研究了高纯金、以Ag、Ge合金化和以Be等复合合金化的三种金的力学性能、再结晶温度及再结晶动力学。 The alloying characteristic of gold with trace elements was described. Some most harmful impurties in gold under normal circumstances will become important alloying elements under the condition of that the adding amount is only several ppm. The trace amount alloying elements will solve in solid solution of gold, and their strengthening effects would be re-lative to the differences of atomic weight and atomic radius between gold and the alloying elements. The,election of alloying elements will be also relative to the phase diagram characteistic of gold-rich end.The synergistic effect of alloying components would be very important.On the basis of above arguments the mechanical properties,recrystallization temperature and the kinetic of recrystallization of three types of gold(high purity gold,gold alloying with Ag,Ge,and gold alloying with Be and some others) were studied and discussed.
