摘要
结扎切断SD大鼠左侧坐骨神经,在一定的存活时间序列里,用Oympus显微镜的测光装置对经EL-Badawi改良法显色处理后的脊神经节切片的乙酰胆碱酯酶(ACHE)进行了相对变化率(/Xc-1)×100%的测定。结果发现:坐骨神经切断术后,术侧脊神经节细胞体出现膨胀,缩小,又增大之变化;AChE于术后4天,增高+19.4%(P<0.05);术后15天降低为-38.6%(P<0.01);术后60天再次升高达+61.3%(P<0.05);AChE的变化呈双峰夹谷状。本文推测:脊神经节细胞体的变化可能与AChE的变化有一定的关系。同时分析比较了AChE在脊神经节与在脊髓前后角中变化的异同性。
The ligation and transection of left sciatic nerve were taken on the Sprague—Dawly rats. Afterall, the sections of the lumbar spinal ganglion were stained for Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) by using EL—Badawi's Improved Method at intervals after operation.The staining intensity of AChE was measured by the exposure measuring device of Olympus microscope. The dynamic change of AChE was described by the relative changing rate (-1)×100%.We found that the cell body of spinal ganglion in the operative side showed swelling, shrinking, and enlargement again. After operation, comparative to the unoperative side, the AChE of operative side increased to +19.4% (P<0.05) on the 4th day, decreased to-38.6% (P<0.01) on the 15th day, by the 60th day it increased to +61.3% (P<0.05) again. The changes of AChE showed a curve which possesses a valley between two peaks. We found that the changes of AChE was related to the changes of cell body of the spinal ganglion. In this paper, the comparative analysis of the dynamic changes of AChE in the spinal ganglion and the ventral horn, dorsal horn have been made.
