摘要
源于军事应用的红外成像技术近年来在器件和系统研制、应用方面正急剧发展，本文扼要介绍了红外热成像技术的进展，重点讨论了红外焦平面列阵器件（ＩＲＦＰＡ）的技术进步，指出红外热成像技术由纯军事应用转向加速开拓民用领域的趋向。
