摘要
由聚合物、单体、添加剂组成的混合溶液液膜直接成型制得的有机梯度功能膜材料,经扫描电镜和力学性能检测表明,其结构完整性好,梯度组成较均匀,两聚合物材料间能牢固联接。加之是一步成型为梯度功能材料,所以工艺较简便,易制成实用规格的材料。
The functionally gradient polymerfilms formed directiy by liquid films of a polymersolution mixing with monomer and additive are ofgood completeness of structure,uniform gradientconstraction and excellent linking behavious betweentwo kinds of polymer materials.In addition,functionally gradient organic materials of this kindare convenientlly formed in one step.The preparingof various applied sizes of composite films with thisnovel composite technjque,therefore,is easy.
