摘要 采用特殊方法对杂质含量极低的氢氧化铝进行改住,制得一种性能良好的γ-Al2O3载体,并将其应用于重整催化剂,制得含铂0.15%,铼0.30%,铼铂比2.0的高铼超低铂重整催化剂.它的活性、选择性、稳定性、再生性能和强度等极佳,已在工业装置上运转,是目前已工业化的含铂量最低的催化重整催化剂。 With a particular method to modify a sort of aluminum hydroxide of extremely low impurity content, a kind of γ-Al2O3 carrier with excellent properties is prepared. By applying it in preparation of reforming catalyst, a high rhenium and extremely low platinum reforming catalyst (with 0. 15 wt% platinum, 0. 3 wt% rhenium and Re/Pt ratio of 2.0) has been obtained. It has extremely good activity, selectivity, stability, regenerability and strength, and has been used in commercial cases. So far, it is a catalyst with the lowest platinum content among the commercial catalysts of the sort.
