摘要
本文根据矩形花键量规检测原理,在对花键及量规工作尺寸综合公差分析的基础上,提出了矩形花键量规工作尺寸设计的两点原则,并提出了有关尺寸公差取值及公差分配的一些参考数据,对径向定心矩形花键量规工作尺寸设计总是作了初步探讨.
Dependning on the principle of parallel side spline gauge measuring,author put forward the two principles of designing the size of parallel side spline gauge based on the comprehensive analysis for it, and put forward also the parameter of gauge error value and error distribute, last author gave a primary study for the size design.
