剃齿齿形中凹机理与剃前滚刀设计的探讨 被引量:4

摘要 研究了剃齿齿形中凹的机理。指出,剃齿过程中线外啮合对剃齿齿形误差产生深刻的影响,提高剃齿刀与被剃齿轮的重迭系数是克服剃齿齿形中凹的一条重要途径。在此基础上,提出了剃前滚刀凸角尺寸修改的建议。 In this paper, the mechanism of the profile convex has been studied. It indjcated that the enagement of out centreline in shaving has a deep, influence to the error of the profile. Td improve the overlap coefficient of shaving cutter and shaved gear is an important way so as to overcome the profile convex. On the base,it also put forward the suggestion to correct the convex angle size of preshaving hob cutter.
