摘要
试验研究了65Cr5Mo3W2VSiTi(LM2)钢M-B_L复相组织和性能的关系。结果表明,含有45%~50%下贝氏体(B_L)的复相组织低温回火后,具有显著的强韧化效果。应用微机对试验结果进行逐频步回归分析得出了试验条件下力学性能与组织参量(体积分数)的定量关系,借助于连续扫描拉伸技术直接观察、分析了裂纹萌生、扩展至断裂全过程与显微组织的关系。通过示波单冲试验,评价了显微组织与裂纹萌生和扩展的关系。
This paper deals with the relationship between Martensit-Low bainite(M-B_L )duplex,tructures and properties in LM2 steel.The results show that streng -thening-totighening of mixed structure with 45%~50% B_L is the best after tem- pering at low temperature. A processing regress analysis on the experimental results is conducted by microcomputer,some relationships between mechanical properties dnd constituent parameter(volume fraction)are obtained under the test condition. With the SEM continuous tensile technique,it is observed directly that about the whole process of microcrack initiation,growth and final fracture and its relationship to microstructure is analysed.With the instrumented sharp test,it is evaluted about the relationship between microstructure and crack initiation and propagation.
