摘要
本文依据溶组织内阿米巴体外培养的发展历史演变，分别对有菌培养、单种培养与无菌培养等三个重要变革阶段所用的主要培养基、操作技术及其意义加以综述，并提出本课题存在的问题及研究展望。
The paper reported the development of a culture of Entamoeba histolytica in vitro and summarized the main medium,operating technique and significance applied in three important stages(polyxenic culture,monoxenic culture and xenic culture)for a culture of Entamoeba histolytica.The concerned problems and prospects were put forword.
