对微量锰在兔体内药时曲线的监测研究

摘要 本文以催化动力学分析法为监测手段,利用Mn ̄(2+)离子对KIO_4-RhB反应体系的催化作用,在使用phen为活化剂的条件下,顺利实现对兔全血中微量锰的荧光测定,绘制药时曲线,效果良好。 A Catalytic k inetic fluorometric methed for the determination of microamounts of manganase has been developed based on the catalytic effect of Mn on the oxidation of rhedamine B by KIO_4 by using o-phenanthroline as the activator.The relative standard deviation is 3.62% at the concentration level of 4×10 ̄(-9)g/mL with a detection limit of 4.3×10 ̄(-10)g/mL,The average recovery is 99.76%.This method has been used for the establishment of the drug- time curve in rabbit blood.The mechanism of the catalytic reaction has also been discussed.
