摘要
在Triton X-100和四硼酸钠介质中,题示试剂与镍产生灵敏的显色反应,所生成的紫红色络合物最大吸收波长为546nm,摩尔吸光系数为2.3×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),镍在0~12μg/25ml范围内遵守比耳定律。干扰离子可用丁二酮肟-正丁醇萃取法消除。拟定的方法应用于水祥和土壤样品中镍的测定,结果满意。对水样2~#和土壤样5~# 6次测定的相对标准偏差分别为6.2%和4.9%。
p-Azobenzenediazoaminoazobenzene sulfonic acid (ADAAS) reacts with nickel ( II ) sensitively to form a dark red-violet complex in the presence of Triton ×-100 and sodium tetraborate. The molar absorptivity of the complex is 2.3×10~5 ·L·mol^(-1) ·cm^(-1 )at 546 nm, Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-12 μg/25 ml for Ni. Interferences can be eliminated by solvent extraction with dimethylglyoxime-butyl alcohol. The recommended method has been successfully applied to the determination of nickel in water and soil samples. The relative standard deviations of six determinations for water sample No. 2 and soil sample No. 5 are 6. 2% and 4. 9%, respectively.
