摘要
2-(8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸-7-偶氮)-变色酸在碱性介质中分解,Mn(Ⅱ)对该反应具有强烈的催化作用,基于此建立了痕量锰的测定方法,研究了测定痕量锰的最佳条件及线性范围、检测下限等。方法用于铝合金样品及污染硅片中痕量锰的测定,结果令人满意。此外详细探讨了反应机理及反应动力学方程。
Based on the catalytic decomposition of the title reagent with manganese, a catalytic fluorimetric kinetic determination is described. The effect of various experimental factors was studied, and the optimal conditions for the determination of Mn( Ⅱ )were found. A better linear relationship curve was obtained over the range of 0~0.4 and 0.6-1.4 μg/ 25ml,and the detection limit for Mn( Ⅱ )is 0. 035 ng/ml. The method has been used to determine trace Mn(Ⅱ ) in alloy samples and polluted semi-conductor silicon sheet with satisfactory results. The mechanism of reaction including reaction kinetics and reaction rate has been studied.
