摘要
对稀土元素(RE)加入粘结焊剂,在大线能量下焊接C-Mn钢熔敷金属的低温韧性进行了研究.利用混料优化设计理论分析了焊剂组分与熔敷金属低温韧性间的关系,得到描述定量关系的回归方程和交互作用曲线.研究了RE对熔敷金属中夹杂物的影响,探讨了熔敷金属低温韧性的变化规律与其中夹杂物的对应关系.
Low-temperature toughness of deposit metal was studied for steel C-Mn under conditions ofhigh heat input and bond flux containing rare earths (RE). Regression equation and an interaction curve wereobtained by means of optimal mixture design to describe the relationship between the composition of the nuxused and the low-temperature toughness of deposit metal. Analyzing the innuence of RE on the inclusions indePOsit metal,the relation between the behavior of low-temperature toughness of deposit metal and such inclusions was discussed.
