摘要
溶剂分类法和粘度法相结合测定了α-SAN 共聚物的溶度参数为20.1(J/cm^(?))1/2。实测值与估算值相当一致。根据溶度参数法则推断,α-SAN、PVC 及 ABS 间具有热力学相容性。采用 DSC及扫描电镜测试了共混物的 Tg 和微观结构形态。结果表明,α-SAN 和 PVC 及 ABS 树脂中的 AS 能形成均匀的连续相。
Solubility behavior of α-SAN polymer has been studied with H-bonding sol-vents classification method and viscosity method for estimation of its compatibil-ity with ABS and PVC.The solubility parameter of α-SAN is determined as 20.1(J/cm^3)^(1/2).The measured values agree well with the calculated values.Accordingto the principle of solubility parameter,the α-SAN polymer should be compat-ible with PVC and ABS.The T_(?) and the microstructural morphology of the ABS/α-SAN/PVC blends have been investigated by DSC and SEM method respectively.Results show that the α-SAN polymer can be blended compatibly both with PVCand AS in the ABS resin to form a uniform continuous phase and is proven tobe a good blending material.
