摘要
结合东北电网筹建电力通信网监管中心的实际需要，讨论监测系统中前置机的可靠性、灵活性和可用性，提出实际可行的前置机双机系统方案设计。
Based on the requirement of the Northeast China Electric power Administration,a dual front-end microcomputer system design for monitoring and management centres of electric power communications net-works is proposed, Its reliability, flexibility, feasibllity and so on are discussed.
