摘要
人类面临的环境与发展问题要求实行持续发展国家战略。本文论述了持续发展的必要性、定义、目标及持续发展的方法、对策与措施。其中包括环境成本—效益分析、资源分析、承载力分析、宏观政策和不同类型规模的工农业生产系统分析。
Abstract The problems related to environment and development which humanbeing faces todayare serious. National strategy of sustainable development（SD）should be carried out．The au-thor discussed the necessisty，definition，objectives，as well as methodologies，policies，mea-sures of SD，such as environmental cost-benefit analysis，resource evaluation，evolution ofcarrying capacity options，macro-policies and analysis of industrial and agricultural systems.
