摘要
                
                    实验用Wistar大鼠56只,随机分为四组,即对照组,150mg/LNaF组,75mg/LAs2O3组和150mg/LNaF+75mg/LAs2O3联合组。各组动物于染毒6个月时收集24小时尿液,进行尿氟、尿砷和尿羟脯氨酸含量分析。结果表明:氟砷联合作用于机体时,砷对氟的排泄具有某种抑制作用,而氟对砷的排泄无明显影响。各实验组尿羟脯氨酸含量均明显高于对照组,砷组高于氟组和氟砷联合组。表明氟和砷均对胶原代谢有明显影响。其联合作用显示出氟具有拮抗砷对胶原代谢的影响。胶原代谢的紊乱在氟中毒骨骼异常改变中起着重要作用。同时这种紊乱可能是砷中毒皮肤异常改变的一个重要中间环节。
                
                56 Wistar rats were fed on wtiter containing 150 mg/L NaF,75mg/LAs2O3 and the mixture of 150mg/L  NaF plus 75 mg/L As2O3 for six months.Urine was collected for 24 hours.The contents of urinary Hyp,F and As were analysed in rats. Results showed that arsenic could inhibit  the excretion of fltiorine.Contents  of  urinury Hyp in three test groups were more than those in control group.But the conmtents in arsenic  group were more than in the other groups. The results  suggested that  the metabolism  of collagen  could  be affected by both arsenic and fluorine. In the condition  of arsenic─fluorine combined  action. fluorine could reJduce the  action of arsenic. Abnormal  metabolism of collagen has important action on the harm of  bones in fluorsis and may be an important mediating factor  on the harm of skin in arsenism.
