光、温湿度对柑桔木虱发育、繁殖与存活的影响 被引量:24

EFFECTS OF LIGHT, TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY ON THE DEVELOPMENT, PEPRODUCTION AND SURVIVAL OF CITRUS PSYLLA

摘要 本研究结果表明,在光照强度为11000lx以下(6小时光照时为15000lx)、每天光照时间在18小时以内,光照强度越大,光照时间越长,柑桔木虱雌成虫的产卵前期越短,产卵量越大,死亡率越低。 温度为15—34℃,相对湿度为43—92%范围内,温湿度对柑桔木虱卵的孵化率影响较小。柑桔木虱若虫在高温(34℃)、高湿(85%,92%)下死亡率高;适温(20—30℃)、低湿(43—75%)下死亡率低。湿度对柑桔木虱卵及若虫发育历期影响不大。在温度为15—34℃范围内,温度与卵及若虫的发育历期呈抛物线关系。柑桔木虱卵及1—5龄若虫的发育起点温度分别是:9.41℃、8.30℃、9.72℃、8.92℃、9.61℃及9.07℃,有效积温分别是:60.03日度、39.78日度、26.82日度,33.23日度及74.49日度。 The effects of light, temperature and humidity on the development, reproduction and survival of citrus psylla (Diaphorina citri) have been studied with the results as follows.1. When light intensity was below 11000 lx and light duration was below 18 hours per day, the number of eggs laid increased and the previposition period and mortality of females decreased both with the increases in light intensity and light duration having a greater effect. The effects of light intensity (x2) and light duration (x1) on the number of eggs laid (y1), the preoviposition period (y2) and the mortality (y3) could be described by the following regression equations.y1= -10. 52 + 0. 83x1+8. 59×10-4x2;y2 =20.93- 0.40x1 - 1.97 ×10-4x2 y3 = 112.51-3.08x1 -3.20×10-3x22. Under the conditions of five temperatures (15, 20, 25, 30, and 34℃)with four relative humidities (43, 75, 85, and 92%) studied, no apparent effect on the percentage of hatching has been found while the nymphal mortality is high at higher temperature with higher humidity and low at moerate temperatures (20 - 30℃) with lower humidities (43 - 75%). The effect of temperature (x1) and humidity(x2) on the nymphal mortality (y) could be described by the regression equation3. At a temperature in the range of 15 - 34℃, the effect of temperature on the development rate of eggs and nymphs could be described by parabolic curves. The threshold temperatures of the development of eggs and nymphs of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th instars were 9.41, 8.30, 9.72, 8.92 and 9.07℃, respectively. The corresponding effective accumulated temperatures were 60.03, 39.78, 26.82, 33.23, 39.76 and 74.49 day-degrees, respectively.
