摘要
应用金鹿三眠素诱导三眠蚕技术,对象蚕2个中系杂交组合、3个日系杂交组合,采用连续、隔代添食诱导,常规育种的方法,经连续四代的诱导、选择、培育,于F4代进行早代配合力鉴定,于子五代恢复四眠(不添药)。结果表明:连续诱导区、隔代诱导区的子五代数量性状和形态性状与对照区相仿,其基因型、早代配合力均不受添食诱导的影响;诱导三眠蚕的全龄经过,比对照区四眠蚕短3天左右;全茧量、茧层量分别降低30%、35%;茧丝长、净度相仿,解舒率却高于四眠蚕;体质春季与四眠蚕相仿,夏秋季均强于四眠蚕,有利于节约桑叶与人力,缩短育成年限,提高选育效率;三眠蚕诱导率不受连续添食代数和品种的影响,各代、各品种均表现出很高的诱导率。
The physiological active substance was used to induce the trimolter。Folowing the conventional breeding way ,two Chinese and three Japanese cross combinations, of Bom-byx mori were induced respectively by continuous and alternate generation feeding induc-tions。 Without chemicais,F5 could return to 4th moulting after being continuously in-duced,selected and bred from F1 to F4.The combining ability test has been carried outfor F4.The results show the quantitive character and morphological character of thecontinuous and the alternate generation inductions of F5 are simiiar to the control.Nei-ther their genotype nor their combming ability is affected by the feeding induction ;theduration of all stars of the induced trimolster is three days shorter than that of the te-tramolter as control;the Cocoon weight and the cocoon shell weight decrease 30%,35%respectively;the cocoon filament length and neatness are similar to those of the te-tramolter,but its reelability is higher。Spring season excepted, in all the seaeons thephysique is stronger than that of the tetramolter;the induction oi every race of trimoltershows an extraordinarily high rate,it won’t be affected by generations and races fed con-tinuously.
