~3H-TdRβ线与^(60)Coγ线引起的人淋巴细胞微核效应 被引量:2

摘要 采用人外周血淋巴细胞体外培养胞浆阻滞微核测试法,观察用3H-TdRβ线和60Coγ线照射引起的剂量-效应关系,并计算了3H,TdRβ线的相对生物效应值。3H-TdRβ线内照射和60COγ线外照射的剂量效应关系均符合Y=A+BX2=CX2线性-平方数学模式,淋巴细胞微核频率随β线和γ线剂量的增加而增加。3H-TdRβ线的RBE均值为1.19,表明其β线产生的生物效应是γ线的1.19倍。 Cytokinesis block micronucleus method was applied to study the irradiation effects of β-rays fromincorporated 3H-TdR and 60Coγ -rays on human peripheral blood lymphocytes in vitro. The dose-res-ponse reiationships were fitted satisfactorily to the linear-quadratic model: Y=A+BX+CX2. The fre-quency of microuclei increased with increased doses of internAl β-irradiation and external γ-irradia-tion. The average RBE of 3H一thymidine estimated by comparing the two equations was 1. 19.
