摘要
本文提出了脉象学中的新概念──心理脉象。文章从中医经典所揭示的心理活动与脉象间的相互关系出发，对心理脉象产生的理论根据、形成机理、结构组成、形态特征，以及心理脉象与病脉的区别、患者就诊心理对脉象的影响等方面从理论和临床上做了初步探讨。
A new TCM sphygmological concept-psycological pulse patterns,is raised by the authors of this paper. Beginning with introducing the relationship between psycological activities and pulse patterns discussed by TCM classics, an initial theory is put forward by the authors, which includes theoretical basis, mechanism, formation and characteristics of the psycological patterns. The difference between psycological pulse patterns and disease pulse patterns, and the influence of the psycological state of patients on pulse patterns are also discussed theoretically and clinically.
