摘要
本研究探讨了蚜虫报警信息素对桃蚜有翅蚜产生的影响。试验表明:在长光照条件下(16小时光照),蚜虫报警信息素对有翅蚜的产生没有影响;改变光照周期(由16小时光照改为13小时光照),对有翅蚜的产生有促进作用。在短光照处理同时用己烷和不同浓度的报警信息素刺激蚜虫,处理后有翅蚜的数量与对照相比明显增加。
Aphid alarm pheromone is a volatile compound shed from aphid’s corniculiwhen aphids are stimulated.It has a function for defence,This study explored the effect ofalarm pheromone on the number of alate aphid of green peach aphids. The results show:un-der long-term illumination (16hr, light: 8hr. dark),there was no effect on aphids;when illu-mination changed(from l6L:8D to 13L:11D),the number of alate aphids increased,due tobeing stimulated with hexane and different concentrations of alarm pheromone,there weremore alate aphids formed in the treatments than in the control.
