大鼠脊神经节细胞周围突的分支及其向躯体与内脏的分支投射 被引量:2

摘要 本文用大鼠做两组实验。一组用CB-HRP注入其膀胱壁内,TMB法成色,追踪其脊神经节内的标记细胞。发现有的节细胞的周围突在节内出现分支,分二支或多支。另一组实验用荧光素双标记法,分别注射核黄和真蓝于大鼠的坐骨神经干和膀胱壁内,追踪其脊神经节内的标记细胞。结果在L_4—L_6节发现双标细胞,以L_5节最多见,双标细胞出现的比例,均占坐骨神经标记细胞总数的3%左右。结果表明少量脊神经节细胞的周围突有向躯体与内脏的分支投射。 The experiment was perfomed on the rat with CB-HRP retrograde tracing and fluorescent double labelling methods. In the cases that the CB-HRP were injected into the wall of the bladder, it was shown that the peripheral process of some labelled neurons of the spinal ganglion bifurcated into two or more branches after travelling a short distance in the ganglion. After different fluorescent tracers (NY and TB)were injected into the sciatic nerve and the wall of the bladder respectively, a small number of double labelled cells could be found in the spinal ganglion of L4-L6 segments. The results suggested that the somatic and visceral primary afferent information might converge onto a single ganglion cell.
