摘要
胆道蛔虫症是由于蛔虫钻入胆道所引起的急腹症。它是肠道蛔虫症的一种严重并发症。笔者在为胆道蛔虫患者治疗中,在沿用针刺加电针的同时采用了中药、西药相结合的方法,收到了良好的效果。1 一般资料63例病人中,男性24例,女性39例;年龄最小者8岁,最大者78岁;病程最短者2天,
Sixty three cases of hiliary ascariasis were treated with electroacupuncture at Zhiyang(GV 9),Danshu(B 19)and Ganshu(B 18)being as major points,which were supplemented with Yanglingquan(G 34)and Zusanli(S 36).During the treatments Chineseherb and Western medicine were administered at times.It was shown that the patients with living ascariasiswere cured after 1-3 treatments,and those with deadones after 7-15 treatments.
