摘要
本文根据结构特点,从解多目标优化问题的简单目标规划法出发,建立了一种单目标约束最优化的数学模型。用复形法求解后,根据材料屈服极限事实上是离散变量的实际情况,以重量最轻为目标函数作了第二阶段优化,并对壳板厚度、环向肋骨间距这两个连续变量作了专门处理,使设计变量都转化为规格化的离散变量,从而使优化设计更为实用。若干实例设计表明普通环肋圆柱壳结构优化方案明显优于原设计方案;在某些特定情况下,纵横加肋圆柱壳结构是一种优于普通环肋圆柱壳结构的结构形式。
A mathematical model for optimum design with a single object is built up based on the simple object programming method of optimum problem with multiobject in consid- eration of the structural features.The problem is solved with complex method due to the fact that the yield limit of material is a dispersed variable,and the optimization of the second period is made with minimum weight.The two continuous variables,the thick- ness of shell and the ring-frame spacing,are specially dealt with and all of the design variables are changed into normalized dispersed variables,so the optimum design is close to the practice.Some practical examples indicate that the optimum solution of ring-stiff- ened circular cylindrical shell is better than the original one,and the longitudinal-trans- verse stiffened circular cylindrical shell structure is better than ring-stiffened one in some particular conditions.
