摘要
本文在分析和研究北美、西欧,日本和原苏联等一些有代表性国家铁路的现状与特征的基础上,提出了信号技术的发展已进入一个新阶段的论点。这是由于现代铁路对安全、效率与管理功能有更高的要求,同时在信息、控制与决策等基础理论方面取得了新进展,适应了需要。最后,作者结合国内外实际情况,对我国铁道信号技术的发展提出了四点意见。
On the basis of analyzing the present status and characteristics of railway signalling technique development on North American, West European, Japanese and former USBR railways, this paper puts forward the point of view that railway signalling technique development enters into a new era. This is ascribable to the ever increasing demands of safety, effectiveness and expansive management function by modern railways, and the external progresses in the fundamental theories of information, control and decision making. At the end of this paper, four projects for the railway signalling technique development of PRC are recommended by the authors.
