摘要
目的 分析低分子肝素抗凝治疗进展性脑卒中的方法及疗效。方法 对26例患者均采用皮下注射低分子肝素3075Xa单位，每日1～2次。结果 治疗组痊愈和显著进步率占80.7％，明显大于对照组56.7％(P<0．01)。结论 低分子肝素皮下注射治疗进展性脑卒中是安全有效的。
ve To analyse the therapeutic effects of anticoagulation with small molecule heparin for progressive cerebral thrombosis. Methods 3075 Xa U.of small molecule heparin were injected hypodermicly daily. Results The satisfied rate of 80.7% was obtained in therapeutic group and 56.7% in controlled group. Conclusion Small molecule heparin is a safe and effective medicine for the treatment of progressive cerebral thrombosis.
