摘要
在中医“肾主骨”的理论指导下,许多学者应用补肾壮骨法研制出了疗效肯定,副作用小的防治骨质疏松症中药制剂,但均需较长时期的服用,可能会加重胃炎、溃疡等内脏功能障碍的骨质疏松患者的负担。为了寻找新的治疗途径和方法,我们选用了天灸这种中医外治法,并进行了天灸防治骨质疏松大鼠的实验研究。结果表明:天灸可使去卵巢大鼠的血中碱性磷酸酶的含量增加;在服用钙尔奇D的同时,应用天灸可使股骨髓腔面积扩大的程度减弱,对皮质面积影响不大,抑制股骨近1/3段矿盐的丢失;并在服用钙尔奇D的同时,应用天灸还可使血中骨钙素增加,血清抗酒石酸盐酸性磷酸酶含量下降。使腰椎骨密度、载荷和刚度有所增加。结果提示:天灸法可刺激成骨细胞的活性增加骨形成,同时可在一定的程度上抑制骨吸收,减少骨量的丢失,提高骨骼抵抗外力的能力。特别是天灸的治疗途径是经过外部俞穴刺激,内部自身调节而实现的,可以避免大量外源性给药造成胃肠负担过重,以及引起自身的某些功能的抑制,且天灸用的中药膜成本低廉,使用较方便。
Abstract Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine that “Kidney controls bones”,many scholars,with the aim of tonifying the kindney to strengthen the bones have produced herbal medicines that have a definite effect on esteoporosis.However, all these medicines need to be taken for a long time,and can possibly aggravate a patient’s pre existing conditions such as gastritis and gastric ulcer .In order to provide a new way of treating osteoporosis,we have chosen celestial moxibustion (CM),one of external treatment methods in traditional Chinese medicine ,and conducted research on the prevention and treatment in laboratory rats.The results indicate that CM therapy can increase AKP levels,increase BGP,and,combined with VitD+Ca,can reduce TRAP levels,abate the degree of femoral bone marrow cavity expansion,inhibit loss of mineral salts in the proximal 1/3 of the femur,and cause a moderate increase in the load capacity and bone stiffness of lumbar vertebrae.The results indicate that CM treatment can stimulate the activity and production of osteocytes,and has a definite effect on controlling (deossification/bone absorption) and decreasing bone loss and increase skeletal resistance to external forces.Since CM is an external treatment method,working through the stimulation of acupoints on the surface of the body so that the body itself makes an internal adjustment,we can avoid the use of many exogenous herbs which increase burden on stomach and intestines .In addition,the cost of the herbs (Mo) used in CM is minimal.This method is practical and worth further research.
