摘要
目的 寻求损伤和中毒意外事故发生的主要原因 ,以利于社会性的综合防治。方法 应用管理学上的帕累托图 ,将损伤和中毒外部原因分为 14类 ,对某院 1998年度 116 7例损伤和中毒病人进行分析。结果 损伤和中毒的外部原因的主要因素有机动车辆交通事故、意外跌伤、他杀和他伤 3类 ;次要因素有由机器切割和穿刺工具所致的意外事故、机动车以外的运输事故 2类 ;其余 9类为一般因素。结论 社会有关部门只要加强交通运输 ,施工、生产安全 ,社会治安等几方面的管理 。
Objective To find the important factors that caused damage or poisoning, which will benefit for government to comprehensively prevent and cure accidents. Methods The factors causing damage or poisoning were divided into fourteen kinds. 1167 inpatients in 1998 were analyzed with Pareto Chart of management science. Results The three factors of traffic accident of vehicle, accidental drop or trip, killed or injured were major, the two factors of contingency of machine incision or puncture tool, traffic accident of not vehicle were minor, the rest nine factors were general. Conclusion If the interrelated government departments strengthen the management of traffic, the security of construction and production, society peace, the accidents of damage or poisoning will reduce greatly.
