摘要
我们曾根据电化学阻抗谱的基本条件,推导了不可逆电极过程电化学阻抗谱的数学模型,该模型具有一定的普适性。在Warburg阻抗可以忽略的情况下,可以将具有一个、两个或三个时间常数的电化学阻抗谱对这个数学模型进行拟合。本文提出用非线性最小二乘法来进行拟合,编制了阻抗谱曲线拟合的计算机软件,讨论了编制软件及阻抗谱拟合中应该注意的问题。
In accordance with the basic conditions of EIS (Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy), a mathematical model of irreversible electrode reaction can be proposed. In the case that Warburg impedance can be neglected, the EIS with one, two or three time constants can fit into the model. A non-linear least square fitting method (NLLS-Fitting) is proposed in this paper and the computer program using BASIC language has been developed. The principle of NLLS-Fitting and the problems encountered in compiling the program are discussed.
