摘要 情感智慧简称情商(EI),作为一种更着重从人的情感方面进行管理的务实管理方式,已在世界范围内得到认可.Salovey and Mayer(1990)两人于1990年首先提出了情商的概念,以描述对情感的感知、理解及其规律的认知能力.1995年Dan Goleman出版了<情商>一书,使这一概念得到普及.之后不久,总经理们开始运用情商的原理去解决现实中遇到的人力资源管理的问题.
