摘要
本文对国际会议同声传译做了全面介绍。介绍了同声传译的概念、工作程序及对译员的素养要求。作者根据多年的会议同传经验及研究提出了英汉同声传译所应遵循的六大翻译原则:顺句驱动、随时调整、适度超前、信息重组、合理简约、信息等值。论述了同声传译专业训练及自我训练的主要方法。
Thispaperisa generalintroductionto simultaneousinterpreting.Theauthorintroducesthedefinitionandtheprocess of interpretingas wellas thebasicrequirementsfora simultaneousinterpreter.Hethenproposessixprinciplesforsimultane-ousinterpreting-runningparallelwiththeoriginalspeakerandapplyingthesalamitechniques,readjustment,anticipation,re-formulation,simplificationandinformation-equivalence.Thesepointsareillustratedwithexamplesof interpretingbetween EnglishandChinese.Themethodologiesfor professionaltrainingin simultaneousinterpretingandfor selfacquisitionof SI techniquesarealsodiscussed.
