国外包装机械的技术水平和发展趋势国外发达国家的包装机械,伴随商品经济的发展,同样处于领先地位。近年来,一方面为满足现代商品包装多样化的需求,发展适应多品种、小批量生产用包装技术装备;同时紧跟当代新技术革命的发展步伐,积极研究开发现代的先进包装技术,发展应用应用高新技术的现代化包装机械。如航天工业技术,微电子技术,信息处理技术,传感技术,激光技术,生物技术以及新的工艺和光纤材料等等都是已在包装机械上得到应用,且以智能化为方向的群体复合应用方式出现,反映出现代先进包装机械的高科技水平。 1. 航天工业中的热管技术被应用到包装机械的热熔封合装置。热管用于热封接的加热。
Being promoted by the current technology revolution,packaging machinery industry in the developed countries has gone into a new era. The most advanced technology,including the electronic computer, is being put to wide use day by day. The intelligent packaging machinery and the intelligent robot packaging production system are in development. China's packaging machinery industry had made marked progress,but there is a large gap compared with the advanced international level.In order to abbreviate its disparity,we should introduce advanced foreign packaging machinery and technology to help upgrade the country's packaging machinery manufacture.
