摘要
从体育专业人才培养的角度出发，提出能力本位观念。为此要树立教育目标的适应多变观和教学内容的职业实践意识以及教学过程的多元合作观念。
From the angle of cultivating P.E. academic talents, capability standard conception comes into being. To adapt various conception , profession ideology of teaching and multi-coorperation ideas of teaching process, education target must be set.
