摘要
我国高校竞技体育水平的提高 ,受招生体制、资金、教练员业务能力、学校行政管理水平 ,以及各种训练保障体系等方面因素的影响。为此 ,必须改革现有招生体制 ,建立正确、适宜的人才流动结构 ,并运用行政措施、社会力量等手段 ,激活教练员与运动员的能动水平 ,促进高校竞技体育水平的提高。
This paper indicates that the improvement of sports level in colleges and unviersities is subject to the influence from the entrance system, the fund, the professional ability of coaches, the administration level of colleges and universities, and various systems that guarantee the sports training. Therefore, it is necessary to reform the existing entrance system, establish a rational structure for the flow of trained personnel, and arouse coaches and athletes' initiative by using the administrative measures and the means of social forces so as to promote the improvement of sports level in colleges and unviersities.
