摘要
                
                    运动性心肌肥大是心肌细胞对运动诱发的各种刺激因素如机械负荷、体液因子以及由这些因素导致的心肌收缩蛋白基因表达改变的功能反应。它除了表现为细胞形态及功能改变外 ,基因表达变化是其本质特征 ,而细胞的信号传导则是将胞外刺激转变为核内反应的重要连接。心肌细胞本身的结构或功能改变与心肌间质组织尤其是心肌胶原有密切关系。目前 ,心肌肥大的信号传导通路及细胞外基质的作用已有深入的研究并取得重要进展 ,但在运动性心肌肥大发生中的机制仍了解有限 。
                
                Sports cardiac hypertrophy is a response of cardiac myocytes to various exercise  induced stimuli such as mechanical overload, humoral factors which lead to genetic expression changes in cardiac contractile protein genes. Apart from increase in cell size and alteration in cell function, changes of gene expression are its essential mechanism and cellular signal conduction is the important link of external stimuli to nucleus reaction. The structure and function of cardiac myocytes are also closely related to extracellular matrix. At present pathways of cellular signal conduction and extracellular matrix in cardiac hypertrophy are intensively studied and much progress has been made. But studies are limited on the mechanism of sports cardiac hypertrophy. Advances in studies on signal conduction and extracellular matrix of sports cardiac hypertrophy are reviewed.
