文章以“天津市犯罪调查科研数据库”的数据为依据 ,分析了转型时期农民犯罪在犯罪主体、犯罪类型结构、犯罪行为、犯罪组织、犯罪后果等方面的特征。
This paper is based on the science and research data library of crimes investigation, analyzing the characteristics of crimes subject, crimes structure, crimes behavior, crimes organization, and crimes consequence in peasant crimes.
