摘要
分析了全国160所大学1998年扩招后学生与教师相关情况的调查数据,具体分析、研究了扩招前后学生人数对比、教师工作量、教师队伍情况等,并针对存在的实际问题,提出了扩招后大学英语师资队伍建设的设想。
The data of students and teachers in 160 universities all over the country pro- and post- 1998 were studied in the paper. The analyzed indexes included the change of number of students, teachers’ workload and teachers’ structure pro- and post- 1998 in the above universities. And the new ideas about the construction of college English teachers’ structure were brought up according to the practical problems of English teaching in universities.
