摘要
教师是深化学校素质教育的关键,更新观念与素质培养是当前的首要问题。应对体育教师的教育观念更新,素质提高到适应现代教育的高度。建立素质培养的目标体系,创造宽松的环境,培养出高素质新观念的体育教师,使其在教学实践中不断提高。
Teacher is the key factor to deepen the college quality education, while concept updating and quality training are current primary problems. It is suggested that PE teachers?education concept should be updated and their quality should be promoted to the level adapted to modern education. It is advised that we should set up an object system of quality training, create an easy circumstance and breed up PE teachers with high quality and updated concept, so that PE teachers could make progress in education practice step by step.
