摘要
社会发展需要复合型人才。如何培养这类人才是新世纪高等教育所面临的一大问题。西北政法学院法律外语系在这方面进行了有益的尝试 ,并取得了一定的成功经验。本文从教学规划及课程设置 ,教学方法与教学手段 ,师资队伍建设及毕业生就业状况方面对此进行了介绍。
The developing society requires talented persons with multiple subjects. Yet, how to train such persons is still the problem that our new century's higher learning is facing. The Department of Foreign Languages & Law of Northwest University of Politics & Law has made a good try and accumulated some successful experiences in this field. The paper gives a brief introduction to the teaching plan and arrangement of curriculums, the teaching methods and means, the building of the teaching staff, and state of the graduates' employment of the department.
