摘要
目的：通过对３４例颈部瘢痕挛缩畸形整复方法的临床总结，找出修复颈部瘢痕挛缩畸形的最佳方法。方法：采用Ｚ成形术、植皮术及皮瓣转移术配合功能锻炼修复颈部瘢痕挛缩。结果：３４例患者均获满意疗效。结论：手术及术后抗挛缩治疗为修复颈部瘢痕挛缩畸形的关键。
Objective:To find the best mathods of repairating cicartricial contractures and deformities of neck region by analyzing retrospectively the clinical treatment in 34 cases.Methods:Z-plasty,skin grafting,skin flap graft have been used and combining with functional exercise after operation.Result:All of the 34 cases have got satisfying results.Conclusion:Operation and followed therapy of anti-contractures were the best methods of repairating the cicartricial contractures and deformitis of neck region.
