摘要
介绍了营养液膜(NFT)栽培设施的贮液池、供液装置、栽培床等的设计要求和方法。通过番茄的栽培试验,简述了NFT系统中不同时期液温的变化、栽培床不同部位的液温和溶氧量的变化,表明栽培床具有较好的保温隔热性能。营养液的液温相对稳定,可满足番茄值株的生长发育要求,当栽培床偏长时,靠近排液端的栽培床之产量明显低于供液端的栽培床。
The designing requirements and methods for tank ,solution supplying-device and culture bed of NFT system were fully described in this paper. The variation of solution temperature in the different growth period and the solution temperature and dissolved oxygen content in different sections of the bed observed in the tomato culture experiment were also discussed. The results showed that since the bed had a good property in heat preservation and thermal insulation,the solution temperature was relatively steady and suitable for growing tomato plants. The tomato yield in the section near the outlet of the bed was lower than that near the inlet while the bed was in long shape.
