摘要
研究了从割手密幼叶诱导愈伤组织的条件,试验表明,培养基以MS附加2,4-D1~4mg/L为佳,所接种的幼叶以4cm以内为适宜的区段。不同材料在诱导愈伤组织和分化成苗方面都表现出明显的差异,说明云南的割手密在生理和遗传上存在着丰富的种内变异.
This studies deals with the conditions of inducing callus from young leaf of Saccharum spontaneum L..The researches shows that using culture medium MS added in 2,4-D 1~4 mg / L is suitable.The length of the inoculative young leaf with in 4 cm from the leaf base is the proper section.Various materials apparented obvious difference in inducing callus and differentiating to seedling. It indicates that there are plantiful physiologisal and genetic variations within the species of Saccharum spontaneum L.in Yunnan.
