摘要
1998年3～9月,洛阳市第二文物工作队对位于黄河南岸的汉函谷关仓库建筑遗址进行了考古调查与发掘。主要发掘了仓库建筑遗址范围内的主体建筑、窑区、墓葬区、附属建筑基址及其他生活设施。其中作为主体建筑的仓库遗址,整体呈规则的长方形,由城垣、通道、柱础石、路面等遗迹组成;窑区共发现5座窑;墓葬发现10座。此次发掘发现了大量灰陶板瓦、筒瓦和瓦当,其中有一定数量的“关”字瓦当,证明这些建筑与汉代函谷关有关,应是一处与函谷关防御体系为一体的仓库建筑遗址。
From March to September 1998, the 2nd archaeological team of Luoyang City excavat-ed a storehouse site of the Hangu Pass of the Han dynasty on the southern side of theHuanghe River. The emphasis of the excavation was placed on the main buildings, livingquarters, kilns, a cemetery and other accessory buildings. The storehouse of a rectangularplan consists of wall, entrance, pillar base, pavement and so on. Four out of the five kilnswere excavated. Ten tombs, all of a catacomb type, yielded a small amount of pottery. A lot of gray clay pottery plate and semicircular tiles and tile ends are found, some ofthem bearing the character'guan' (pass), suggesting the relationship of the site with theHangu Pass of the Han dynasty. The storehouse must have been a part of the whole fron-tier defensive system of the day.
