超宽带亚纳秒级脉冲形成方式的探讨与实践 被引量:5

摘要 以锐化和削波高压气体放电器为基础的脉冲形成系统能改变相对脉冲的宽度,使宽度为2~5ns或更短(直到150~200ps),以此来保证在重复频率为100Hz的条件下发生器能够稳定工作。本文主要介绍几种亚纳秒脉冲的形成技术,其中包括脉冲形成线截取技术和脉冲压缩技术。 The system of forming pulses based on the high-pressure gas discharger with sharping and clipping function can change relative pulse-duration(2~5ns)and the generator can work steadily when the repeated frequency is 100Hz. In this paper, some sub-nanosecond pulses forming technology, including the intercepting and compressing technology of forming pulses is introduced.
