摘要
以典型实例讨论了污垢对传热设备的严重危害,简要评价了流体动力塑料扭带的在线自动连续清洗原理,并以试验结果说明其污垢清洗能力,与胶球、往复刷等先进清洗技术相比,具有传热强化的功能优势。针对工程应用会否磨损管壁的疑虑,作者以2000小时实验室试验和数年的工业应用实践给出安全可靠的结论。同时还以改造国外引进的大型水冷设备的应用实例说明该技术的应用效益相当高。
The serious damages of fouling on heat exchangers by giving the practical examples are discussed,with the continuous on-line self-cleaning technology principle briefly evaluated. The twisted strip can be driven by the flowing fluid to spin and clean the fouling in tubes. It is proved by experimental results that the cleaning ability is enough. Compared with the other advanced cleaning technology such as using rubber balls, reciprocating brushes and so on, this technology has another advantage of heat transfer enhancement. In view of the doubt about the wear and tear for the tubes in engineering application, the continuous experiments of 2 000 hours were conducted in lab and the technology has been applied in industry for several years. From the long time experiments and years~′ application, the conclusion is drawn that the technology is feasible and there is no wear and tear on the tubes. By analyzing the application example in the large water cooling equipment imported, it is showed that the comprehensive results are of pretty high efficiency.
