摘要 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定不同产地大蒜中蒜氨酸的含量。方法采用色谱柱ZirchromODS柱,流动相甲醇水(3∶7)为,检测波长214nm。结果蒜氨酸进样量在0.0103~0.5151mg·mL-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率98.7%。日内精密度RSD为1.1%,日间精密度RSD为1.9%。结论实验表明该法简便、快速、适用性好。 AIM: To establish a RP HPLC method to determine the content of alliin in Allium sativum Linn. METHODS: Chromatographic separation was performed on ODS column with a mobile phase composed of methanol water (3∶7 by volume). The eluate was monitored at 214nm wavelength. RESULTS: The average recovery of sample for alliin was 98.7%, The RSD of within day was 1.1%. The RSD of between day was 1.9%. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, rapid with good suitability.
